What is Personal Training?

A Body 2 Fit will give YOU the one-on-one attention required to design a safe and effective program tailored to YOUR needs. Whether your goal is weight loss, fitness, rehabilitation, career development or sports specific training, YOUR results are of paramount importance to us. 

Being trained by the owners of the business means that you get the BEST personal service! 
Your training can consist of the following options:

 

Running
Indoor /outdoor training or a combination of both
Running
Various training activities: indoor cardiovascular training, walking, running, swimming, weight training, cycling, boxing, circuit training, stretching and core stability work
Running
60 minute training sessions
Running
90 minute training sessions are also available for those wanting to lose more weight or who wish to train for a particular event which requires more time.

No two training sessions will ever be the same, keeping variety and enjoyment in every training session.

Goal and Training assessment – each clients needs and goals are assessed.  This consultation is offered totally free of charge as this gives Jenny and Peter the ability to design a program specifically tailored to your likes, dislikes and training requirements.  See ‘Taking the First Step’ - Click Here
