Triathlon Development is HERE!
Adults and Juniors will find this as the perfect opportunity to improve their Triathlon fitness or get started in Triathlon!
Monday 24 September
9am - 10am.
Swimming + Running Development Session.
@ Evandale Lake - behind the council chambers (HOTA Lake).
Minimum swim requirement 25m non-stop.
*Please bring swimmers, towel, goggles, cap, running shoes, sunscreen and water bottle.
7-18 years all abilities beginners to advanced.
Swim session will focus on navigating open water, turning at swim buoys and fun swim specific games.
Our holiday training sessions let our juniors really put their favorite parts of triathlon together!

Join us and try out our programs leading in to Triathlon season.
Tuesday 27th September
9am - 10am.
Cycling + Running Session
Meet at Bel Air carpark near Lake Hugh Munz - off Rio Vista Bvd, Mermaid Waters.
*Please bring bike, helmet, running shoes (with elastic laces), water bottle, sunscreen.
Cycling session will focus on developing cycling abilities.
Juniors need to be competent riding on the open road around Barrier Reef Drive - cycling safety to be approved by coach.
Session incorporating cycling and running drills, intervals, together with transition work.
