Our aim is to provide the community with a family orientated, friendly and professional environment and training program whereby all individuals, despite their age or ability, can come together to achieve a positive and rewarding outcome.
Since the first junior training session back in 2010 this training squad has grown immensely as has the enthusiasm and interest from many families within the community. The incorporation of the club in July 2015 has proven to be an extremely positive decision. The club now offers a professional, fun and effective training program to the Gold Coast community via a more diverse training program structured specifically to the participants age and ability.
The Junior training program and schedule is specifically structured with the members needs being fully catered via various swimming, cycling and running sessions. The Junior training program is available from Monday through to Thursday. All training sessions are held within the Miami and Robina areas with age groups ranging from 4 – 18 years.
Adult sessions are also available on various days Monday through to Friday. All training sessions are focused on fun, enjoyment, and overall participation.
The A BODY 2 FIT Triathlon Club prides itself on it’s sense of team belonging and camaraderie. Safety, professionalism and a friendly training environment is always our main concern for all members.
A Body 2 Fit have the experience & diverse qualifications allowing them to structure a program which is individually suited to YOUR needs as a beginner. They will train right alongside YOU ensuring that you get the most benefit out of each and every training session. Swim, Cycle or Run, they will advise and nurture your training program on the road to YOU becoming an experienced athlete with the ability to train independently in a safe and appropriate manner.

I started training with Jenny on an online training program with a goal of completing an Olympic Distance triathlon within 3.5 months to 'tick it off my bucket list'. Well, in the past 12 months I have now done 2 x Olympic distance triathlons and I have another 3 planned for this year!
In short, Jenny provides a tailored program that makes training fun! I have recommended Jenny to my friends in search of wanting to doing a triathlon but whom may not have time for group training - I believe this is the ONLY way to do it.
